SONIC BOOM SEASONS 1&2

Sonic Boom is a Franco-American 3D animation series developed by OuiDo! Entertainment, in collaboration with the U.S. branch of Sega, based on the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series created by Sega. This is the fifth animated series in the franchise (and the second to be developed in France since Sonic the Rebel), and the first to be developed in CGI and high definition.

The series is broadcast on Cartoon Network in North America from November 8, 2014, on Canal J and Gulli in France and from August 30, 2015. A second season was broadcast on Canal J on April 8, 2017. In Belgium, the series was broadcast from April 4, 2015 on La Trois, and in Switzerland, the series was broadcast on RTS Deux. In Quebec, the series is broadcast on Radio-Canada. The first season has been available on Netflix since 2017.

Two video games serving as prequels to the series were released in November 2014 for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS consoles. A third game was released in September 2016.
